Muuga Manor
Muuga Manor was first mentioned in 1526. The magnificient two-storied new-renaissance main building of the manor was designed by Carl Timoleon von Neff in 1866-1872. Paintings in a number of rooms were also painted by the famous artist himself. The light grey marble staircase in the hall of the manor is a present by Russian Tsar Alexander II. In the park there is a memorial stone to the writer E. Vilde.
Currently the manor houses Muuga Basic School.
